It's like Seasame Street, but for Japanese kids, and way more awesome. For people wanting to pick up some Japanese especially, I fully recommend it, and everyone else will prolly like it for the 十本アニメ (10 Stick Anime) and Rube Goldberg Machine segments. You can download on Datte Bayo and some other places (and since this show will never be licensed outside Japan, I don't feel bad pointing you to it). If you're super lucky and have access to Japanese TV (Keyhole TV doesn't have this channel...), it airs on NHK Educational about twice per week.
