A high level private high school for boys in Tokyo has an immediate opening for a teacher with junior / senior high school teaching experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher to get their "foot in the door". It is only one day a week now, but additional hours will come available in April. The pay is salary based rather than hourly and it is one of the best paying schools in Japan. More important than the pay though is having the school name on your resume. It really opens doors. Details
- 4 classes of first year high school students
- each class is the same so there is little preparation to be done
-25 students per class (Most will go to ToDai, Waseda or Keio university after graduation)
-Mondays 9:10 to 1:30 (3 classes before lunch and one after)
-competitive salary with bonuses
