Hey! I'm also heading for Kyushu. I'll be just up the road from you in Tamana-shi, Kumamoto-ken :D

It's gonna be interesting to see how us Scots take to the Kyushu climate!!!

Kumamoto-ken too! Ashikita town, so I'm a bit further south in the prefecture than you. What group are you flying out with?

im not scottish (although applied through scotland) and i ADORE the heat :D 20degrees here and im cold :P

Another Kyushu-er here :D There seems to be a lot of UK folk heading to Kyoto and areas in Kyushu. I've been placed in Hita city in Oita prefecture. Anyone nearby gimme a shout :)

Yeah I'm group B too, we'll have to look out for each other at orientations (I'll be flying out from London though)!

i heard that if you received only a prefecture that youd be teaching high schools, and that if you were given a specific town/city you more likely be in elementary or JHS. anyone hear anything about this?
