I am from the Washington, DC area. It took forever for DC to find. Im just glad that Im a part of the crew. So Im trying to connect with those that are from the Washington D.C area... Meaning Maryland, Virgina. Congrats again to those whom made it on the list.

I'm not sure about the results of Detriot. There is a thread that has the list of states that already sent out results. If you don't see it. I would call the embassy.

I live in western West Virginia a good 5-6 hours away from DC, but I interviewed from DC and will be leaving from there with you guys

And yes as far as I know all of the US has released results since Monday.

Meant to say something here earlier, but I am so busy I haven't had time to be on the forums much! I live pretty closed to D.C. on the MD side, but am currently hours away at school. I will of course be leaving from D.C. and back in the area by end of May.

I posted this in another thread, but thought maybe you guys would know more about this, considering it's specific to us DC JETs...
I was wondering if we would have transportation from wherever the pre-departure orientation will be to the airport. By the way, where will the pre-departure orientation be held? At the embassy? I can't find that info anywhere.

I wouldn't worry about the departure info now. The embassy/JET officers will contact or email everyone with that info closer to the departure date.
