There's a lot of 'real' information in this thread, so I'm glad to come across it rather than the stereotypical and overly formal (and somewhat ambiguous) information you find on other sites.
I try not to stress about meeting the exact mold for JET, because as miami_coordinator was saying, I know we will all have our flaws and strengths, and I think to be excited, confident, and dedicated to doing the best we can, is the best bet. And, also miami_coordinator, I will now picture this little face
