Tip for those interviewing at the Calgary consulate - Last year the questions for Calgary seemed pretty much the same as Winnipeg's.

Do we receive an e-mail confirmation ONLY if we've been selected for an interview? OR are e-mails sent out either way (letting you know that you either made it to the interview stage or not)?

Last I checked, only those selected for interviews will be contacted via email and/or post. Fingers crossed!

The Canadian JET Coordinator posted in this very thread that emails to all candidates (I'm assuming even the unsuccessful ones) would be sent out the week of January 23rd (so any time between the 23rd and the 27th).

I'm live in Vancouver but I lived in Victoria for a year previously

My name is Zoey and I have a Bachelors in Math from UBC. I was born in southern China so I'm fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. I studied Japanese and Spanish in high school as well. I've visited Japan for a week previously and had an amazing time ! That being said, I've also reveled to 13 other countries and they were all great.

Here's hoping the emails are sent out on Monday, and not spread out through the week. But who knows... also, I think only those selected for interviews are contacted. :/
