The problem has been fixed.

Why talk crap about them? :| I don't know what happened to wasabibot (it was set up by some disenchanted souls from ITIL) - anyone know? Japanjuku has some really useful info. I had a brief peruse over japanforum and looks like there's some good stuff there too.
