Anyone ever done a lesson on horoscopes? Using the astrological signs Gemini, Leo etc.

nope but it's a good idea. Not sure if even my teachers would understand it, but I'd definitely like to give it a try.

Here you go! This is a good activity for talking about personal traits. Students will do the first couple of questions first, then look at their sign to find out the traits of that sign. They will see if they match what they wrote down. It is a good idea to talk about traits first. You can pick them out of the sheet and teach them, or even make a Japanese translation sheet if you don't have time to go over them all (there are lots).
