TOA Planning Meeting, Saturday 11am -
1. Registration at the Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku. TOAs pick up nametags and travel expenses. Dress is casual, but you may be moving heavy boxes so perhaps no sandals.
2. Greetings and instructions from CLAIR staff.
3. Bagging Materials: Putting one of each item into a JET bag for new JETs.
4. Explanation of Tokyo Orientation Duties, scheduling, safety issues and more.
5. TOAs take a break for dinner in Shinjuku, and then meet back at theKeio Plaza Hotel at the designated time.
6. After having dinner, "Airport TOAs" (about 50 people) will board a bus for Narita, and spend the night at a hotel near the airport. Hotel TOAs should leave their luggage at the Keio, and only bring a small overnight bag to Narita.
"Hotel TOAs" (about 10 people) will stay at the Keio and prepare to greet new JETs coming from Narita.
