【Supervisor Handbook】

The Supervisor's Handbook was created to help JET supervisors better connect and communicate with JET participants. The handbook has been designed to be easy-to-read, presenting explanations of a supervisor's duties thoughout the JET programme year, alongside the diary of a JET participant who is in process of adapting to Japan. Through this format, supervisors can see how their role directly affects the life of participatns whom they work with.

The handbook is also a good resource for JTEs or other coworkers of JET participants, as it is not necessary to be familiar with the JET Programme to use the handbook.
