【Supervisor Handbook】
The Supervisor Handbook was created to help JET supervisors better connect and communicate with JET participants. The handbook has been designed to be easy-to-read, presenting explanations of a supervisor's duties throughout the JET Programme year, alongside the diary of a JET participant who is in the process of adapting to Japan. Through this format, supervisors can see how their role directly affects the lives of JET participants with whom they work.
The handbook is also a good resource for Japanese Teachers of English (JTEs) or other co-workers of JET participants, as it is not necessary to be familiar with the JET Programme to use the handbook.
