Created as a guide for Sports Exchange Advisors, the SEA handbook features techniques that SEAs can use both on and off the field.

This hanbook contains a combination of general advice for life in Japan and practical tips for coaching and athletics in Japanese schools and on public teams.

The wide range of languages spoken by SEAs makes compiling the SEA handbook very difficult, but CLAIR hopes that the selection of articles and ideas included here will be useful to all SEAs regardless of what country they are from and what sport they coach.
