Created as a guide for Sports Exchange Advisors, the SEA Handbook features techniques that SEAs can use both on and off the field.

This handbook contains useful information on the state of sports in schools, advice about coaching school sports teams and public teams, life in Japan and Japanese language study.

SEAs come from many different countries and specialise in a variety of sports, but the articles and ideas in this handbook are applicable to everyone. CLAIR hopes that SEAs make use of this handbook to prepare for their work and lives in Japan.
