【Introduction】

CLAIR and the Three Ministries sponsor and host a variety of conferences and seminars for JET participants each year. New JET participants will begin their tenure on the JET Programme at Tokyo Orientation, a large-scale three-day conference that all new JET participants attend upon arrival in Japan.

Through this conference and others, CLAIR and the Three Ministries hope to give JET participants the opportunity to build on their work skills and become better, more effective and happier JET participants.
