Presenter TOAs must attend the mandatory TOA Planning Meeting to be held on Monday and Tuesday, June 16 - 17 at the CLAIR office in Tokyo.

NOTE ABOUT 5.4 & 6.4 HOTEL/AIRPORT/BUS LEADER SCHEDULE:
*All TOAs assigned to the hotel will stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel on Saturday night, and greet new JETs at the hotel on Sunday.
*All TOAs assigned to the airport will stay at an airport hotel on Saturday night, and greet new JETs at the airport on Sunday.
*TOAs assigned to be "bus leaders" will take a group of new JETs back to the Keio Plaza Hotel.
*TOAs designated as "all day TOAs" will stay at the airport until the last flight arrives, then go back to the Keio Plaza Hotel with CLAIR staff.
*Airport TOAs must bring a small overnight bag with everything they need for Saturday night/Sunday to the airport with them and leave all other luggage at the cloakroom at the Keio Plaza Hotel.

The deadline for submitting a head and shoulders photo of yourself to toa@clair.or.jp is FRIDAY, 18 JULY, but please send it to us before then if you can.
TOAs are free to dress in casual-wear on the first day (Saturday, day of the TOA Meeting) as you will be travelling to Tokyo in the morning and then moving around a lot making info-bags etc. You can wear your TOA t-shirt (which we will give to you at the meeting) on Sunday at the hotel/airport and during Information Desk and Hospitality Centre shifts throughout orientation, but you should dress in business attire for the rest of orientation. Airport TOAs should wear sturdy shoes and ladies should avoid wearing skirts as you will be moving around a lot and assisting JETs with their luggage.
NEW: The phone number for the CLAIR Office at the Keio Plaza Hotel is listed below. Please call this number if you have problems getting to the venue on Saturday etc. as there will be no staff at our normal office. The number will be available from 10am on Saturday to around 12pm on Wednesday for both Orientations A & B.
